45xcom Terms and Conditions – Rules and Guidelines

1Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the terms below have the following meanings when used throughout this document:

• "45xcom"Refers to the Sports Betting and online casino platform operated under the domain 45xcom.best, including its systems, apps, and associated services.
• "Player"Any individual aged 18 or over who has created a valid account at 45xcom and accepted these Terms.
• "Account"The individual profile created by the Player on 45xcom, linked to a unique CPF and an active email address.
• "Balance"The total funds available in the Player's Account for use in betting and games, including real deposits and bonuses subject to specific conditions.
• "Bet"Any transaction made by the Player on 45xcom involving sports odds, casino markets, or online games, using either real balance or eligible bonus funds.
• "Pix"Brazil's instant payment system from the Banco Central do Brasil, used as the primary deposit and withdrawal method at 45xcom.

By accessing any area of the 45xcom platform — whether via browser, mobile app, or any available interface — the Player confirms they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and current Responsible Gaming guidelines. Acceptance is automatic upon registration and renewed with each subsequent login.

2Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use the services of the 45xcom, the Player must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Not be an employee, partner, or first-degree relative of a 45xcom employee or of any partner company directly involved in the operation of the platform;
• Not appearing on any active self-exclusion restriction list registered with 45xcom;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.

Each Player may hold only a single account at 45xcom, identified by CPF. Creating duplicate accounts, for any reason, is prohibited and results in the immediate closure of all accounts identified as duplicates. Any balance present in secondary accounts may be held for compliance review.

The Player is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration — full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and contact details. 45xcom may request supporting documentation at any time during the identity verification (KYC) process. Submitting false information or altered documents results in immediate account closure and balance retention.

Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal and includes submitting a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and a proof of address issued within the last 90 days. The process takes an average of less than 24 hours after all documents have been submitted.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

45xcom accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian players:

• Pix — minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, processed instantly;
• Boleto Bancário — minimum deposit of R$ 50.00, cleared within up to 1 business day;
• Credit or Debit Card — minimum deposit of R$ 30.00, approval subject to the card issuer;
• PicPay — minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, processed within up to 30 minutes;
• Mercado Pago — minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, processed within up to 30 minutes;
• TED Transfer — minimum deposit of R$ 100.00, processed within 1 business banking day.

All deposits are credited in Brazilian currency (BRL — R$). 45xcom does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform any currency conversion. Transactions below the minimum amount established for each payment method are automatically rejected and the funds are returned to the source with no deductions.

45xcom does not store credit or debit card data on its servers. All card processing is handled by PCI-DSS certified operators. The Player is responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a lawful source and that the payment method used is registered under their own name or CPF.

4Withdrawals and Timeframes

Withdrawals at 45xcom are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, but requests above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional compliance review with a processing time of up to 48 hours.

The average processing time for a Pix withdrawal is up to 10 (ten) minutes after the request is approved. During periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance, the maximum timeframe is 2 (two) hours. 45xcom does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or accounts whose CPF differs from the one registered by the Player.

To request a first withdrawal, the Player must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process with confirmed approval. The Pix key provided must be active and registered under the Player's name with the Banco Central do Brasil. 45xcom is not responsible for delays or failures caused by restrictions on the recipient's bank.

Balances from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the rollover conditions associated with the specific promotion have been fully met. The amount available for withdrawal is always clearly indicated in the Player's account dashboard, distinguished from any outstanding bonus balance.

5Sports Betting Rules

45xcom Sports Betting follows the general rules below, applicable to all markets available on the platform:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the Player after the event has started;
• In cases of event cancellation or postponement before it begins, all bets are fully refunded;
• If an event is suspended after it begins and is not completed within 72 hours, bets are refunded for all markets whose outcomes were not definitively determined;
• Live odds are automatically suspended during high-volatility moments (goal, red card, set completed) and reopen with updated values within seconds;
• Parlay bets (accumulators) are cancelled in full if any included event is cancelled, unless otherwise stated in the specific bet terms;
• 45xcom uses official data from governing bodies — CBF, CONMEBOL, UFC, FIVB, Riot Games, and others — as the sole reference for market settlement.

Bets placed due to a technical error on the platform — such as clearly incorrect odds generated by a system failure — may be cancelled by 45xcom with a full refund to the Player. Such cases are identified by a specialist team and the Player is notified within 24 hours of the event.

45xcom reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per market or per Player, particularly when there is suspicion of match-fixing or unusual betting behavior. Any suspected manipulation is reported to the relevant regulatory authorities.

6Bonuses & Promotions

45xcom offers regular promotions for registered players, including a first deposit bonus, free bets on major Brazilian and international football events, odds boosts for Copa do Brasil and Libertadores finals, and weekly cashback on net losses.

Each promotion from 45xcom is governed by specific conditions displayed in the promotions panel prior to acceptance. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are:

• The Player must explicitly accept the promotion before it is activated on the account;
• The rollover (the betting volume required to release bonus balance for withdrawal) is declared as a multiple of the bonus amount and must be met within the specified timeframe;
• Bets resulting in a refund (cancelled event, system error) do not count toward rollover completion;
• Only one bonus may be active on the Player's account at a time, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Unused bonuses that expire within their validity period are automatically forfeited and cannot be recovered;
• 45xcom reserves the right to cancel promotions in cases of abuse or behavior contrary to the spirit of the offer, with prior notice to the Player.

Abusive behavior includes, but is not limited to: betting on both sides of the same market to artificially reduce risk (arbitrage), coordinated use of multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, or placing bets exclusively on markets with very low odds (below 1.30) to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk. Detection of these patterns may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

7Casino & Online Games

The casino games available on 45xcom — including live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, slots, crash games, and live poker — are provided by suppliers certified by international regulatory bodies. All games use audited random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of the live casino, real dealers in a studio setting.

The following rules apply to the use of casino games on 45xcom:

• Each slots spin, blackjack hand, or roulette spin is an independent event — previous results have no influence on future outcomes;
• The Return to Player (RTP) for each game is available on the game's information page, as certified by the provider;
• If a connection failure occurs during a live casino round, 45xcom applies the rules of the specific game provider to resolve the situation — incomplete rounds are generally voided and the wagered amount is refunded;
• Minimum and maximum bets per table or game are set by the provider and are displayed before each session begins;
• Casino games are not available to Players with an active self-exclusion for casino or for the platform as a whole.

45xcom is not responsible for service interruptions caused by technical issues on the game provider's side. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the 45xcom interface and the provider's records, the provider's server data takes precedence as the definitive reference.

8Responsible Gaming

The 45xcom acknowledges that sports betting and casino games should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. The platform provides self-control tools accessible at any time in the account settings, with no need to contact support for most options.

The available tools are:

• Deposit Limit: set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Limits can be reduced immediately, but increases only take effect after 7 calendar days;
• Loss Limit: set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, new bets are blocked until the next period begins;
• Voluntary Break: suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the pause, the account is inaccessible for betting and deposits. Real balance withdrawals remain available;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: contact support to request permanent account closure. The process is completed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 5 years.

45xcom strictly prohibits access by anyone under 18 years of age. Registration requires a CPF, and identity verification confirms legal age before any withdrawal. Any Player who identifies unauthorized use of their account by a minor must contact support immediately.

9Account Closure and Suspension

The Player may request voluntary account closure at any time through 45xcom's support, available 24 hours a day in Portuguese. Any available real-money balance will be transferred via Pix within up to 5 business days after the closure is completed, provided the KYC process is finalized. Bonus balances with unfulfilled rollover requirements are cancelled with no refund.

45xcom may suspend or close an account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or the KYC process;
• Account use by any party other than the registered CPF holder;
• Creating duplicate accounts or coordinating with other accounts to abuse bonuses;
• Suspected manipulation of sports results or casino games;
• Money laundering activities or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose;
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior directed at support staff;
• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, 45xcom may hold the account balance for as long as necessary to complete its internal investigation, without affecting the Player's right to their real balance if no irregularity is confirmed. The Player will be notified of the outcome within 30 calendar days.

10General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the 45xcom platform, the court of the Player's domicile is hereby elected, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

45xcom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any platform feature at any time, with at least 15 days' prior notice for changes that directly affect the Player. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any clause in these Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. 45xcom's tolerance of any breach of a clause does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that clause in the future.
